OKCL is offering series of job and career oriented courses under its “OCOC Brand” over a decade in Odisha and a few other states. OCOC stands for Knowledge Lit Careers. DEEP is OKCL’s flagship Digital Employability & Entrepreneurship Enhancement Program (DEEP) for youth under which several OCOC Certificate Courses in variety of digital domains are offered to aspiring Learners. Normally 1 lac Learners take OCOC courses every year at OKCL’s Authorized Learning Centers (ALCs) popularly called as OCOC Centers.

Almost all Learners who desire to get placed are given job offers through OKCL’s EASY Portal. EASY stands for ‘Earning / Employment Assistance Services to Youth’.

DEEP Diploma is awarded after completing a sequence of 2 Mandatory Foundational OCOC Certificate Courses followed by 1 or 2 Elective OCOC Certificate Courses in one or more Tracks totalling to 360 or more Learning Hours to be completed by the Learner.
